Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Lead the design and architecture of generative AI models and solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Leverage generative AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to develop robust AI applications that can be integrated into existing analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to create and fine-tune generative AI models (open source and enterprise licensed models), focusing on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and open-source technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques into our projects.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide technical guidance, and present AI-driven solutions that enhance their analytics capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and project managers, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and data scientists, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Establish and enforce best practices in coding, model evaluation, and deployment to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, vector databases and GenAI operationalizing
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure stack, generative AI libraries, frameworks and OpenAI models
- Proficient in Python and familiar with other programming languages commonly used in AI development.
- Strong skills in data manipulation and analysis, with experience in tools such as SQL, Pandas, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
